About me

I am Sofie, a passionate language professional with a Master's degree in translation, specialised in French, Spanish and English. For several years now, I have been working as a freelance language expert and that makes me intensely happy, because language has always been the common thread through my life. Everyone has that one friend: the one who is absolutely flabbergasted by a language joke or deeply annoyed by language mistakes in the media. Yep, that's me!

It is no secret that I am a real nature lover. Sweden feels like a second home, and almost every day I walk or run to find my dose of Sweden close to home. Nature is where I find peace and inspiration.

I like to keep developing and gaining new knowledge, such as online marketing, a Swedish course or writing for social media. Each new skill adds another dimension to my work and helps me respond even better to my clients' needs.
